Shindo New Breed Gold Coast MMA

SHINDO New Breed MMA Training Gold Coast. MMA gym is open to the public from Monday to Saturday.

Before each class, students have the option/opportunity to warm up, spar, practice techniques, or work on their physical fitness. Make sure you bring a water bottle, a towel, and a couple of spare t-shirts - as you WILL work up a sweat.

MMA-1

An all-round mix martial arts training session run by Kerry Dunne, consisting of padwork, techniques, and sparring.
Places are limited so participation must be arranged with head Instructor Kerry Dunne.

MMA-2
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday
5pm - 7pm
Intensive mixed martial arts training run by shindo head instructor Kerry Dunne addressing all aspects of mixed martial arts.

Grapple Workshop & Open Mat sparring
Friday
5pm - 7pm
A more specialised session, dealing with specific skills or techniques followed by 1 hour rolling session, run by head Instructor Coach Kez.

Saturday Wrestling and Fight Training
Saturday
9am - 11:30am
This session is a high intensity sparring class designed specifically for fighters. We start with wrestling for MMA with Coach Razer followed by MMA sparring.
MMA fighters from different clubs may participate in this by appointment.

Strength and Conditioning
Monday 7pm - 8pm and Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30am 
This session is conducted by professional strength and conditioning coach Reece Norris for those who require a more 1-on-1 attention to assist them in furthering their training.

Juniors
Monday & Wednesday
4:00pm - 4:50pm
Learn practical and effective martial arts skills, while building fitness, confidence, and discipline. Instructors hold blue and/or yellow cards for work with children.
